Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Upper Valley Career Center

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Upper Valley Career Center, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Ohio students paid $14,617 to attend the public school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 94 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 26 students received grants or scholarships totaling $166,932 and 25 students took out student loans totaling more than $174,881.

Including all undergraduates (141), 122 students used grants or scholarships totaling $429,810, and 86 students took out $429,215 in federal student loans.
