Layne Sarver, former Tri-Village High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Tuesday, March 18 in Division II NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament

On Tuesday, March 18, former Tri-Village High School standout Layne Sarver’s current collegiate team the Gannon Golden Knights lost 101-90 against the West Liberty Hilltoppers in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Academic, Sports and Recreation Complex, this was the first game against the West Liberty Hilltoppers during the championship.

Layne Sarver’s hometown is New Madison and game position is guard.
