As of this date three (3) subjects have been arrested in connection with the August 24th, 2022 shooting in the Troy Community Park. The shooting is believed to be drug related and preplanned to occur in the Park involving known associates. Derrick D Peeples has been identified as the suspected shooter. The Troy Police Department would like to thank Piqua Police Department, the Adult Parole Authority, and the US Marshall Service for their assistance in the apprehensions.
