On Monday, September 19, 2022, the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) began full-depth repairs to the south side of the eastbound lane of US-36 around the I-75. This will take place during the day looking similar to last week's works. After the repairs work is completed, weather dependent, on Sunday, September 25, 2022, ODOT will begin doing night work from 7 pm to 6 am working six (6) days a week with milling and resurfacing of the roadway during the day.
The ODOT contractor anticipates seven (7) full work days to complete the milling and resurfacing phase of the project. Following this phase, new pavement markings will be painted onto the roadway. Weather permitting, equipment, or plant delays, the expected completion date of this project is on or before October 15, 2022.
