FOREST HILL CEMETERY BUSINESS MANAGER

Description: This position will include administrative work in running daily operations of the cemetery and coordinating with the superintendent. Responsibilities include: weekly payroll, quarterly and end of year reports, invoicing customers and receiving payments, paying monthly bills, reconcile bank accounts, monthly financial reports, yearly budget, assist families, record burial records and permits. Must have good customer service, be detail oriented, work independently and be able to multitask.
Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and QuickBooks
Position Type/Hours: 30 hours a week with full-time benefits
Wage Rate: $16.00 an hour min, max based on experience and qualifications
