City of Piqua recently issued the following announcement.
When shoveling your property please remember shoveling snow into the streets or intersections creates a dangerous road hazard and takes longer for snow and ice operations to clear the roads, slowing service delivery. The Piqua Code of Ordinances states in section 92.05 PROHIBITED ACTS (A) No person shall place snow or ice upon any street in the city between the center of the street and five feet from the curb or curb line and no person shall place snow or ice within any intersection or crosswalk area on any street in the city. https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/.../piqua_oh/0-0-0-6751...
